What do you do to entertain residents when everyone is quarantined and no one can have visitors? You get as creative as possible. Today we played Bingo in the hallways - normally you've seen pictures of us gathered in the dining room calling game after game -- today was a little different. Activities director Summer Hughey stood at the nurses station with her walkie talkie while residents rolled to the door and a few out in the hall. Other nursing staff and management were on each hall with their walkies for the game to be called. Everyone seemed super happy to have a little normal back in their daily routine - after all who does not love a game of bingo...
