We appreciate Spartanburg Regional Hospital for inviting us to participate in their Case Management Week. We delivered some goodies to show our appreciation for all that the case managers do. We are thankful for every referral they send us and for working with us to help patients and their families find placement whether it be short-term rehab or long-term care. Brookview is proud and honored to work with such a wonderful group of case managers with the Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System.
