We stopped by Cherokee Medical Center this afternoon to drop off some goodies and let them know they're out of this world! We enjoy working with our local hospital here in Gaffney to help residents find long-term placement and skilled rehab placement so they are able to get back home to their loved ones. Brookview sends a big thank you to the case management staff over at Cherokee Medical for their professionalism and eagerness to work together with us. We look forward to continuing to work together in the future.
