What's better than a delicious slice of cheesecake? We can't think of many things better than that. We stopped by Atrium Cleveland Hospital to celebrate National Cheesecake Day with the case managers there. We wanted to thank you for working with us to help residents and their families with finding placement for skilled rehab and/or long-term care.
